Mono-plotting software for Windows

Our mono-plotting system lets you trace vector data (Polyline, Point and Text) from an unrectified ECW image displayed on the screen of your PC. You move a measuring mark over the image using either a serial mouse or a digitizing tablet.

A free ECW compressor is available from ER Mapper where you should follow the links to Downloads/Free ECW Compressor.

• The system calculates the fully corrected ground coordinates of the measuring mark in X, Y and Z at the rate of 20 times per second. Data which are stored are completely rectified 3-D data.
• Every element you collect is assigned a Feature Code whose attributes come directly from the Feature Code database of the system. You may enter new Feature Codes and edit existing ones within this database system.
• Polyline data receives special attention. Not only can you snap to existing polylines if you wish but you can capture polyline data by a mixture of stream and point modes and the system will apply a saggital tolerance filter (Douglas-Peucker algorithm) to the data using parameters which you specify.
• Data are stored in a very fast binary format. Export facilities are provided to convert data to two popular ASCII formats, namely DXF and Arc/Info Generate.
• Databases are provided for System Parameters, Cameras, Ground Control and Feature Codes.
• Clear and concise Help is provided at all stages.
